The A La Carte

So I guess this is the beginning.

I’ve thought about blogging (consistently) for years, usually in the middle of doing laundry, walking a dog, or working on someone else’s dream while mine sits in a Google Doc. I kept telling myself I’d start when I had a clear direction or a “niche.”

But that’s not how my brain (or my life) works. And I’m done trying to file myself into one neat category.

So here’s what this is:

This blog is me, uncategorized.
Some days you might get a business tip.
Other days it might be a messy thought about relationships, identity, money, burnout, or what it means to live a creative life when your to-do list is screaming.
I might write about dogs. Or decluttering. Or whatever I’m trying to heal.
There might be typos (but hopefully not because my mom will read this and be totally annoying about them). There might be brilliance. Who knows.

I’m writing this because I believe we need more real voices.
I’m writing because I need one of my own.
